Discovery Sprint

The retainer

Then a monthly retainer — pick your pace.

Keep £2,500 per month

For finished or small systems: hosting, monitoring, fixes, small changes, and a quarterly review. The system stays looked-after.

The core offer Build £3,950 per month

The monthly build cycle — a meaningful module shipping roughly every month, support included. This is where most of the work happens.

Partner £6,500 per month

Fastest cadence, roadmap partnership, a priority queue, and a quarterly on-site. For when the software is the growth plan.

Three-month minimum · thirty days' notice · you own everything, always.

What it's worth

A traditional agency prices a Build-tier year's output at £60–90k — specified up front, then frozen.

The retainer ships that a module at a time, and never freezes. You're paying for the rhythm, not a guess made on the day you know least.

Not sure what standing still costs you?

The honest way to weigh any tier isn't against zero — it's against what the manual work already costs: the hours your team spends re-keying, chasing and rebuilding reports every week, plus the subscriptions those workarounds prop up. Put your own numbers in and see it for your business.

Fair questions

The things you're right to ask about price.

What if we want to stop?

Thirty days' notice, no exit fees. Your software keeps running — it's yours. The retainer buys evolution, not existence.

Why not a fixed project price?

Because you'd be paying us to freeze your spec at the moment you know least about what you need. The retainer prices the rhythm — steady, reviewable, cancellable — not a guess dressed up as a number.

What's in a month?

One meaningful module, or a set of smaller ones — agreed at the month's start, shipped by its end, reviewed together. Nothing disappears into a black box for a quarter.
