The monthly build cycle — a meaningful module shipping roughly every month, support included. This is where most of the work happens.
Fastest cadence, roadmap partnership, a priority queue, and a quarterly on-site. For when the software is the growth plan.

What it's worth

One meaningful module, or a set of smaller ones — agreed at the month's start, shipped by its end, reviewed together. Nothing disappears into a black box for a quarter.
